KixScores Account Deletion Request

This page explains the account deletion requests for KixScores.com and the KixScores mobile application (developer: CELSUS RESEARCH & ANALYSIS SERVICES LTD).

Account Deletion Steps

1. Submit your request. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "KixScores Account Deletion Request" or use the contact form.
2. Provide identity verification details. Share your registered email address, your display name, whether you signed in with Google, and, if applicable, your active subscription details (including the transaction reference number, if available).
3. Confirmation and deletion. Once your request has been verified, your account and the associated personal data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days. The outcome will be communicated to you by email.

Types of Data Deleted

• Account identifiers: email address, display name, password hash, Google ID.
• Membership relationships: membership status and subscription associations within KixScores systems.
• Contact information: WhatsApp number, Telegram username, and chat identifier.
• Device and notification data: device identifier and push token records.
• Preferences: watchlists and favourite matches.

Types of Data Retained and Retention Periods

• Billing and payment records: invoices and transaction records generated via Stripe, as well as accounting documents, are retained for 6 years due to legal obligations.
• Security and error logs: retained for 90 days for abuse prevention and security requirements.
• System backups: rolling backups are overwritten within a maximum of 30 days.
• Anonymised statistics: contain no personal data and may be retained indefinitely.
